About us

 Jerry Davies

BA DipTP MRTPI, Chartered Town Planner

Jerry has over 30 years' residential, commercial, agricultural and equestrian planning experience and over 20 of these have been gained in the unique setting of the New Forest and surrounding area.    Before striking out as an independent planning consultant, he worked on the other side of the fence at New Forest District Council and other Local Authority planning departments.

This local specialism gives him a deep understanding of local planning policy, its practical application and its relationship with national planning policy, enabling him to anticipate and address the key planning issues involved in a project.

How we work

We aim to demystify complex and ever evolving local and national planning rules for local homeowners, landowners and businesses, to help take the stress out of the planning process. All our clients enjoy a high degree of discretion, diplomacy, pragmatism and personal attention.

After an informal assessment of your project and what you are aiming to achieve, we will let you know if and how we can help. Every project is different so, depending on the circumstances, we will suggest the most cost-effective way to get to the next stage at an hourly rate, fixed or capped fee.

The best way to make an initial enquiry is to fill in the contact form with some information about your project then we will give you a call back to discuss in more detail.
